Advocate Mohammad Solaiman is the current and 51st president of The Chittagong Taxes Bar Association. He is elected and seated on President’s chair on 20th April, 2026. He is the first President in The Chittagong Taxes Bar Association, who is Advocate, ITP, VAT Agent and comes from Chartered Accountancy background. He was engaged as Audit and Accounts Manager in the various top level corporate house in broad and abroad also. He has complete knowledge in all revenue sector of NBR. He has extra ordinary knowledge from Top to Bottom in respect of tax practicing arena. He has started practice in income tax circle stage, besides RJSC and now practicing in the supreme court of Bangladesh as corporate lawyer. Specially in the arena of Income Tax Reference, VAT & customs Appeal, Company Matter, Bank, Artharin, Arbitration, Admiralty and Writ matters also.
